      Project KPIs and action plan management conducted by programme office and in support of Client Project Review Board including CICTI project executive.
    • Closure
      Project owner sign-off. A post project success and lessons learned is adopted here as a feedback loop to ensure continuous improvement in project oversight. CICTI offers coaching and mentoring to new project managers in support of their ongoing development.
